ANALYSIS:
The reason we are “jumping” this stock today, is due to the large gap 26% drop 2 weeks ago when all major brokerage firms in the USA announced “commission free” trades. This was a sea-change in the industry. The question is will the gap be filled on this stock with its trillions under management and over 11 million customers. We think the opportunity for the stock to go up from open is certainly there as investors buy in before the release with the belief that the value is there.
We also are buying the bottom this morning but will exit prior to end of day and then enter a 2nd directional trade, (long or short) based on data – at around 3pm est.
