The largest US bank is hosting a leveraged finance conference in Miami Beach this week, where Andrew Wilson, Electronic Arts’ chief executive officer, will take meetings with some of the largest speculative-grade debt investors for anchor commitments on the financing, which will be about $20 billion in total, said the person, who asked not to be named because the information isn’t public. A representative for JPMorgan declined to comment. A representative for Electronic Arts didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
