Here is what happened:

Commentary: We got the direction right… but it took an entire day (the next day) for the trade to materialize. They beat forecasts but not by much, and everyone was waiting to hear who the suitors were. The bids were closed on the day of the release, but we didnt get any substantial news. Our target was 38 and it just went over it – by pennies. That was our 5% (even though our inside trading rule is to close any open trade by 10:30 (to free up capital). This was a whimp – though the real catalyst will be when they announce who the buyer is.
